Lifting PDO Threads

PDO (Polydioxanone) threads are a minimally invasive treatment that stimulates neo-collagenesis through the body’s natural healing process, which increases collagen production, gives an immediate lift, and results in continued improvement over time.

Lifting threads are placed in the SMAS (Superficial MusculoAponeurotic System) by inserting the full length of the cannula into the skin after creating a pilot hole and anesthetizing the area. The skin is then exaggerated in the direction of the desired lift while removing the cannula. This allows the thread to engage in the correct tissue plane (as demonstrated in the video).

Once all the threads are placed, the excess threads at the insertion site are trimmed, allowing the thread to slip under the skin and heal appropriately

Our Profosma Jet Plasma pen penetrates 14,000 volts of plasma into the dermis and subcutaneous layers of the skin, remodeling the cellular structure from the inside out.
